I didn't use a tripod to take these pictures. I just held my camera in my hands, set it to manual focus at infinity, a 2 sec shutter time, and took pictures . Normally, two seconds is way too long of a shutter speed for handheld pictures, but here the jaggedy effect looks pretty neat, I think.
